However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or any other content on this website are completely accurate, current, or error-free. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including if: - A product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error - There are concerns about payment fraud or unauthorized use - The order cannot be fulfilled for any reason All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. EMK Labs does not store your payment card information.

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. EMK Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions).

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@emklabs.com with a photo of the issue and your order details. We will respond within 1–2 business days and work with you to make it right, including a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

All content on emklabs.com — including text, images, product formulations, branding, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of EMK Labs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.
